Hudson Link is the commuter bus service that connects Rockland County to NYC. Thousands of commuters rely on it every day, including me. The service is frequently unreliable, and the operator publishes almost no usable data about on-time performance.

So I built fixhudsonlink.com, a public dashboard that scrapes the operator's real-time tracking feed (MSF Mobility) and surfaces honest metrics: on-time rates by route, by hour, by day. If you pay for this service, you should be able to see how it's actually performing.

The goal is simple: put numbers in front of riders, the operator, and the state, so accountability has somewhere to start.
