Two formats, both built around the same framework.
The Talk (60 minutes)
A keynote walkthrough of how to build a pitch that actually closes. Best for cohort kickoffs, accelerator weeks, or company off-sites where you want people thinking sharper about how they tell their story.
The Workshop (2 hours)
Hands-on. Founders leave with their pitch reworked, their opening tightened, and a clearer one-sentence positioning. Caps at around 15 to 20 founders so everyone gets feedback in the room. I've run this for Techstars, Cornell, and Plug and Play cohorts.
